Meet Jay!

Hi! I am Jay Korngold-Finkelstein, a queer baker in Boulder Colorado, and the proud owner of Coming Out Confections. I use they/them pronouns and have many identities including transgender. I am a senior at Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado. Baking is my primary form of art however, I also love technical theatre. Additionally, I am a competitive Artistic Swimmer with 5280 Synchronised Swimming. I have slowly built up my baking skills by taking classes, watching culinary shows, and experimenting in the kitchen! Baking is my creative outlet to destress and contribute to other people's joy! My goals with Coming Out Confections are to grow my baking skills and bring smiles to other people's faces.
